FLY Racing warrants products to the original retail buyer for the time periods listed below. Items that are to be considered for warranty need to be taken back to the place of purchase for inspection.
Helmets carry a 3-year warranty from the date of the original purchase.
Moto and Bicycle gear (pant/jersey/gloves) along with boots, goggles, protection and the Patrol line are covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of original purchase.
Snow, Street, Adventure(excludes Patrol Line) and Watercraft product and all other products not listed above are covered under a 2-year warranty from the date of the original purchase.
This warranty guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that a product is not performing as it should during the warranty period due to materials or workmanship, please return to the place of purchase. If, after inspection, it is determined that it would be covered under the warranty policy, then we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If a warranty is approved and cannot be repaired a replacement will be provided. If an exact replacement is not available, then one of equal value in the same size and color will be issued.
This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper use, natural breakdown of colors/materials over time, or normal wear and tear.
FLY Racing’s warranty is not applicable if:
- Damage is due to a crash
- Damage is due to improper use
- Damage is due to a natural breakdown of colors/materials over time
- Normal wear and tear
Some examples of damage not covered by Warranty are:
- Materials that have been snagged, ripped, torn, punctured or burned
- Faded from sun exposure, improper washing care or failure to follow FLY Racing’s care instructions
Every product is susceptible to normal wear and tear though the lifetime of the product. The lifetime of the product can be accelerated through high frequency and/or aggressive use, or through age itself, and can contribute to advancing the rate of natural breakdown of the product.
