FLY Racing is proud to congratulate Simon Längenfelder on his first MX2 World Championship! His first title marked the first MX2 championship for FLY Racing as well, the feat secured at the final round in Australia. To further the celebration, Simon’s teammate Sacha Coenen won the individual GP and his twin brother, Lucas Coenen, won the MXGP finale, too! Lucas’s overall runner-up position in the premier MXGP division was an eye opener for what’s coming in 2026. It was the perfect ending to a Cinderella season for Red Bull KTM Factory Racing DeCarli. Fourteen GP wins, brothers Coenen with 2nd and 4th in their respective divisions overall, and a signature MX2 World Championship for Simon Längenfelder; what an inaugural year in the story of the DeCarli Family and FLY Racing.
Back stateside, the SMX World Championship came to a close in Las Vegas. Cooper Webb and RJ Hampshire both continued to push forward and cap a banner year for each. Webb’s third Monster Energy Supercross Championship was the headline heard round the world in early May while RJ Hampshire’s breakout 450 summer changed the narrative on what his next chapter entails. Both Coop and RJ highlight a bright future for FLY Racing!
