FLY Fam Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
Welcome to the FLY Fam Loyalty Program. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to legal residents of the United States who live in the lower 48 and who are at least 18 years old. Enrollment is free, and no purchase is necessary to join.
2. Earning Points
Members can earn points through:
• Purchases made on our official website.
• Purchases made at authorized FLY Racing dealers (receipt submission required).
Points will be credited to your account once the transaction is verified. Purchases made on or after October 1, 2025, including those at authorized dealers, are eligible for points.
Receipts of purchases made at authorized FLY Racing dealers must be submitted within 15 days of purchase. Receipts must include the dealer name and logo, item sale information (including part number, description, and price), and date of purchase.
3. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Redemption values and thresholds may vary and are subject to change.
4. Point Expiration
Points expire 365 days after the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated.
5. Account Management
Members may request to:
• Cancel their membership at any time.
• Transfer points to another member.
All such requests must be submitted via our contact form, here; just select FLY Fam Loyalty Program from the drop-down.
6. Tier Status
Tier levels are based on lifetime spend starting October 1, 2025. All qualifying purchases from that date forward will count toward tier status.
7. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of it at any time, including the methods of earning and redeeming points, with or without notice.
FLY Racing Helmet Crash Replacement Program Terms and Conditions
FLY Racing is committed to rider safety. Our FLY Fam Loyalty Program offers a Helmet Crash Replacement discount to eligible customers who have been involved in a crash while wearing a FLY Racing helmet that they purchased within the last year.
1. Eligibility
This program is available to customers who:
• Are U.S. residents.
• Provide valid proof of purchase for the damaged helmet.
• Submit a complete crash replacement request within 30 days of the incident.
2. How to Submit a Request
To redeem, first ensure you are part of our FLY Fam Loyalty Program (it’s free to sign up). Then, fill out our contact us form and select FLY Fam Loyalty - helmet crash replacement.
Your submission must include:
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
• Clear images of the entire helmet.
• Close-up images of the damage.
• A brief description of the crash (date, type of riding, and what happened).
3. Review Process
Once submitted, our team will review the request. If approved, we will instruct of the next steps.
4. Replacement
After your request has been approved, we will issue a coupon code for a discounted replacement helmet.
5. Program Terms
• This program is limited to one replacement per helmet purchase.
• FLY Racing reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the above criteria.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without notice.
