Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to process cancellations once an order has been placed. If you encounter any concerns or have questions, please contact us, and we'll be more than happy to assist you within the guidelines of our return policy.

What happens if I return something I bought with points?

Points are refunded based on what you return. Full return = full refund of points. Partial return = partial refund.

Do you sell replacement parts for your products?

Yes, we offer replacement parts on several of our FLY Racing products. Please visit the individual categories on our website or a catalog for more information.

Do you offer size charts for your products?

Product specific size charts can be found on the product detail pages throughout the site. Additionally, all size charts can be found here.

How do I care for/wash your products?

Racewear: Machine wash in cold water, do not use bleach. Avoid stain removers. Line dry if possible. Velcro straps should be attached to avoid snags.

Helmet Pads: Hand wash in cold water. Avoid harsh chemicals that may compromise the integrity of the liners/pads.

To find the perfect FLY Racing snow apparel, start by considering your riding style and insulation needs.

Mountain riders who prefer a lightweight shell: The Incline or Carbon are your go-to options for maximum mobility and performance.

Trail riders looking for extra warmth: Choose the Outpost or Aurora, designed with added insulation for all-day comfort in cold conditions.

Yes, we offer sponsorship opportunities via our Race Support team. Resume season is as follows:

  • MOTO, BICYCLE, ATV: Aug 1st - Sept 30th
  • SNOW: June 1st - July 31st
  • WATER: Jan 1st - Feb 28th

FLY Fam Loyalty Program

What’s the FLY Fam Loyalty Program all about?

FLY Fam is a free rewards program where you earn points every time you gear up, whether you shop online or through your favorite local dealer. Scan your receipt with our upload tool to earn points. Redeem for discounts and unlock tiers: Rookie, Amateur, Pro, and Champion.

Who can join?

If you’re a legal resident of the lower 48 United States and at least 18 years old, you’re in. International purchases and shipping outside the lower 48 are not supported yet.

How do I sign up?

Create an account at flyracing.com and opt into the FLY Fam Loyalty Program. Already have an account? Log in and head to the FLY Fam Loyalty page.

Can I have more than one account?

Nope, just one account per rider.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 10 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Points are added after your order ships. You can also earn by completing your profile, adding your birthday, writing product reviews, following FLY Racing on social, and by uploading receipts from authorized dealers.

What counts as a qualifying purchase?

Most full-price gear and apparel. Taxes, shipping, gift cards, discounted items, and purchases made with points are excluded.

Can I earn points for past purchases?

Only purchases made after you join FLY Fam count toward points. For dealer purchases, submit your receipt using our scanning tool within 15 days of purchase.

Any fast ways to earn points?

Complete your profile, add your birthday, leave reviews, follow us on social, and keep scanning receipts from your favorite retailers.

Why didn’t I get points for my order?

Confirm you were logged in at checkout. Points are added after your order ships. If they’re still missing, contact customer service.

My points balance looks off. What now?

Reach out to our support team and we’ll get it sorted.

How do I use my points?

Redeem for discounts in $5 increments (1,000 points) up to $25 (5,000 points) per order. Select the increment and apply at checkout.

Any restrictions on using points?

Points expire after 12 months. They can’t be transferred, combined, or cashed out.

Where do I find my rewards info?

Log into your account and head to the FLY Fam Loyalty section.

Can I use points in-store?

Not yet—online only for now.

What are the VIP tiers?

FLY Fam tiers are built on your lifetime spend. Once you hit a tier, you keep it. Each tier unlocks exclusive perks.

  • Rookie: You’re in as soon as you join
  • Amateur: Spend $500 in a year
  • Pro: Spend $1,500 in a year
  • Champion: Spend $5,000 in a year
How do I level up?

Your tier is based on your total lifetime spend, not just annual spend. Once you hit Amateur, Pro, or Champion, you’ve earned it—no resets.

Where can I see my tier?

Your tier is displayed in your account dashboard.

Will I be notified when I hit a new tier?

Yes—you’ll receive an email when you level up.

How long do I keep my tier status?

Once you earn a tier, it’s yours for life. Points refresh every 12 months, but tier status doesn’t drop.

What tiers get free shipping?

Rookie tier provides free shipping on all orders of $99 or more. Amateur tier provides free shipping on all orders of $75 or more. Pro tier provides free shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Champion tier provides free shipping on all orders, regardless of order total.

Do points expire?

Yes—points expire 12 months after they’re earned.

Having trouble referring friends?

Make sure the email is correct and refer one friend at a time. Still stuck? Contact support.

I referred someone but didn’t get points, why?

Your friend must be a new customer and make a purchase of $100 or more using your referral link.

Signed up for the Birthday Bonus but didn’t get it?

Add your birthday at least 30 days in advance. If it’s been longer, reach out to customer service.
